Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed prior to promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions, or discounts. After I place my order, how long does it take to ship out my order?
Domestic orders can take 3 -5 business days to process and may take up from 5 – 7 business days to reach you depending on location. Please refer to Terms and Conditions.
I placed an order, when will my package arrive?
All packages ship via City-Link (Domestic) and DHL (International). Processing time varies depending on your order as per the question above. Approximate processing to delivery time is between 3- 7 business days (Domestic) and up to 14 – 21 days (International). Please keep in mind that during holidays and limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
What method is used for shipping?
All domestic packages are shipped via City-Link and international packages via DHL.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
If you just received the tracking number (within the last 2 days), it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show the first update. Please allow at least 48 hours to pass after receiving the tracking before attempting to track your package.
I did not receive an email with my tracking number?
When your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email with your tracking info. Remember that this may take between 2 days for processing after your place your order. If you have not received this email please check your SPAM folders to try and locate it.
I live internationally. Will I have to pay duties?
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Please refer to Terms and Conditions.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, we will only send replacements for damaged product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.
Why do the colors of the makeup look different than the photos online?
There are many factors that could slightly change the color of your palette or items viewed on our website. Factors includes your computer/phone settings, lighting, and sometimes even personal preferences. If you are not satisfied with the colors, you may return unused like new and in original like new packaging products within for an exchange. For a return for a refund please see our return policy. Please note that used products will not be accepted for returns under any circumstances.
Do you offer free samples?
No we don’t.
How do I cancel my order?
Only orders that have not yet processed can be canceled.
Do you offer returns?
No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note Vesper Lex Exclusive reserves the right to refuse all returns.
Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
No. Once you place an order it is final.
